Aviation Safety Officer

Function Description:

To provide leadership and direction for Safety & Quality control as well as their compliances to ensure operational excellence across company.

Job Description:

• Quality Control / Audit

- Quality Assurance

- Internal / External Audit Programs

• Training / Exercise / Manuals

- All training Programs

- Activities (e.g. cross function activity, emergency exercise)

- Prepare and obtain safety / quality / emergency and security manual approval

• Investigation / System Monitoring

- Reporting System

- FDAP

- Risk Analysis and Assessment

- Investigation

- Safety / Security Action Group

• Main Base and Local Stations Procedures

- Coordinate with all stations (DOM , INTER) for updating the LOCAL PROCEDURES

- Liaison with relevant aviation authorities

- Coordinate and cooperate with all concerned parties (E.g. AOT, Fire Fighting , DCA , IATA , ICAO)

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in any field

• Work experience 1 – 3 years in airline industry

• Good command of spoken and written English (TOEIC Score at least 550)

• Basic MS office program and internet

• Good communication and able to coordinate with all related departments

• Able to work well under pressure

• Ability to travel domestic and international

Qualifications:

- Male or Female shall not be less than 21 years of age.

- Thai Nationality only.

- Has graduated with Bachelor’s Degree or in aviation field is preferred. (Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Management; or a minimum of year of related).

- Good communication skill in English at minimum TOEIC score 550 points with two years validity of issued date.

- Ability to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese will be an advantage.

- Experience in field of Aviation Safety, Security and Quality will be an advantage.

- Good computer skills (MS Office, Internet, E-mail etc.).

- Basic knowledge of air traffic rules and regulation, practices and procedures.

- Basic understand of working system of necessary documentation and coordination that required by local government authorities.

- Exempted from military service (male only).

- Willing to learn and work under pressure to meet deadline.
