Our talent trackers are currently searching for an aviation recruiter to join our exclusive client on a permanent basis. The role requires a degree of motivation and experience recruiting within the aviation industry. The position will be based in Kingston upon Hull, but we will relocate in the coming year in the Greater Manchester area!

 

 

Responsibilities

 

·         Active sourcing of B1/B2 Licensed Engineers for companies in the aviation industry

·         Screening of the application input and selection of suitable candidates

·         Conducting in-person and telephone interviews

·         Posting of job ads

·         Contribute ideas that fosters continual growth and evolution

·         Optimize the Application process

 

Profile

 

·         Vocational training or University degree

·         Current experience in recruitment

·         Good knowledge of the labour market, preferably in the field of aviation industry

·         First experience in  Social Media Recruiting is an advantage

·         Excellent communicator and creative thinker

·         An independent way of working
