Aviation Parts Sales Coordinator.

Opportunity for an experienced aviation parts salesperson to join an established global company. Based in Bournemouth, you will work in close liaison with the supply chain and logistics manager to maximise EU part sales. This varied role also encompasses aspects of procurement and general warehouse management, so will fully utilise your flexible, professional and hands on approach.

This dynamic role includes:

  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with prospective buyers and dealerships.

  • Managing advertising.

  • Exploiting all opportunities to maximise sales.

  • Purchase of spares to ensure needs of customers and potential clients can be met, maximising time and cost effectiveness.

  • Ensuring all regulations and export laws are adhered to and that all related paperwork is accurately completed in a timely manner.

  • Liaising with Commerce and Finance, chasing payments when required.

  • Producing reports as requested

  • Providing support for the supply chain according to priority and need.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience in aviation part sales. You will need to demonstrate excellent knowledge of customs trading procedures, export licences and the UK tariff. An ability to quickly learn new procedures, prioritise and be flexible in supporting the needs of the business are also key attributes. Full job description on application. This is a permanent role.
