A major aerospace and defence client are looking to contract the services of an aviation maintenance trainer to design and deliver basic aviation maintenance to new recruits.
You will come from a background in aviation maintenance and have prior experience in the design and delivery of maintenance courses. Knowledge of EASA standards is useful, but as this will be delivered outside of and EASA environment it is not necessary.
The course will consist of a small group of trainees, who will undergo a 10 week basic course. Following this will be a period of 6 weeks practical in-hangar experience. Finishing off with a further 6 weeks of training and a 2 week assessment.
