Job Role:
Our client is a Company specialising in solutions for the automation industry, from engineered systems to standard components. They offer R&D (Research and Development) related services to the manufacturing industry by assisting in Product Development be it Electronic Development or Mechanical Development.
And they are currently seeking to recruit a Technician to join their team.
Job Description:
- Salary: €18K – €20K
- Assisting Technicians in order to provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches which includes onsite installation, repair, maintenance and tests.
- Reporting to the Field Technicians, cooperating with the technical team and sharing information across the organisation.
- Following all company’s filed procedures and protocols.
- Comprehending customer requirements and making appropriate recommendations/briefings; and.
- Building positive relationships with customers.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar position coupled with technical certifications.
- Good communication in English.
- Technical knowledge relating to the automation industry (both electrical and mechanical).
