Description

Reporting to the Manager, Treasury Services, the incumbent will promote the new FX and Treasury product portfolio, optimizing the new ICCS offer platform and support the manager in the delivery of all Treasury related activities.

Responsibilities

* Support ICCS product development including customer functions and features
* Roll out of ICCS Global Expansion as per 3 years plan
* Promote new suite of FX services across different IATA products
* Grow IATA Treasury Dashboard as per 3 years plan; submit new functionality to maintain relevance of the product and improve value proposition
* Support implementation of new markets and currencies for FX services
* Support currency repatriation activities and overlooking after the IATA Currency Center
* Support in IATA World Financial Symposium activities including content development
* Achieve excellence in Customer Satisfaction: 8.5 C.S. and 65 NPS
* Achieve revenues and results as per 3 years plan
* Support Manager, Treasury Services in other related treasury activities

Qualifications and Skills

University qualification, ideally Business Administration or Finance;

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Product Management;

Preferably good knowledge of IATA or the aviation industry;

Strong knowledge of global Treasury functions;

Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision;

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;

Ability to work internationally and cross culturally with strong communication and interpersonal skills;

Strong communication (written and orally) and presentation skills;

Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines;

Candidates must possess and exhibit IATA values.
