Qualification: Graduate
Age: 25 - 50 Years
Experience From: 5 Years - 1 Months
Experience To: 5 Years - 2 Months
Key Requirement for the Position Necessary:
? Graduation from any stream with BASIC & AVSEC
courses certified by BCAS
? Holding valid Instructor Certificate issued by
Regulator
Desirable:
? Post Graduate with BASIC & AVSEC courses
certified by BCAS
? AVSEC Management/Auditor’s course
Job Description 1.
Budgets, schedules, implements training programs for Security staff, crew and ground staff of the
airline
2. Liaises with the regulatory authority in all matters related to Aviation Security Training
3. Ensures Go Air Aviation Security Training Center works as per specifications given by the Regulator
4. Participates in audits related to AVSEC Training conducted by regulator, IATA etc.
5.
Provides guidance to Assistant Manager Training and other certified instructors for imparting effective
AVSEC training
6. Ensures training records of all staff are maintained and updated
7. Prepares and corrects test papers for promotion exams
8.
Organizes and imparts Aviation security training to other agencies such as Non Scheduled operators,
Cargo agents etc. as and when required
9. Completes tasks assigned to Go Air by the Regulator with respect to Aviation Security training.
10. Regular updating of training material
