Description

Reporting to the Manager, Systems Delivery and Implementation, this position will assist in achieving the integrated delivery of the Systems required to enable TIP. This position will support in the integration of process and data requirements, coordinating the global gathering, definition and alignment of requirements in order to define the prioritization with all stakeholders (central and regional). This position will assist in coordinating across the different streams the delivery of an integrated and unified solution, coordinate with ITS and vendor resources to ensure meeting timelines, quality and budget for the duration of the program. As Assistant Manager Systems Delivery & Implementation for the TIP Project, this position will assist in managing the implementation and roll-out activities needed to implement the TIP capabilities in the operations.

Responsibilities

The main responsibilities as part of the project delivery will be the following:

Contribute to deliver the ISS Systems required to better serve the needs of airlines and travel agencies to be implemented in all BSPs.
Coordinating the delivery and implementation of all systems required to implement TIP.
Responsible for the coordination of alignment of requirements and implementing the TIP solution within ISS operations.
Manage the enlistment of Payment Services Providers with IATA and enrollment of their Product within the TIP database
Act as escalation point for Customer Service teams in queries and issues related to the operation and functioning of the TIP service
Coordinating with ITS resources and vendors, interacting with regional and global stakeholders with a global breadth delivering new solutions to be implemented in all BSP Operations.
Identify and manage interdependencies with another projects

Qualifications and Skills

University degree on business administration, economics, industrial engineering or its equivalent.
Knowledge of IATA settlement systems, with either local, regional and global experience.
Proven ability to deliver complex initiatives across multiple cultures with an innovative approach
Proven coordination skills of global teams and partners
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Ability to perform under pressure and within variable working hours and schedules
Strong oral and written communications skills; able to speak in public and present to senior executives.
Availability to travel frequently
Ability to cope with deadlines and to work under pressure
Quick learner, technical oriented, autonomous worker and at the same time proven team player with a strong positive attitude, energy, motivation and result oriented
Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages would be an asset.
