Assistant Manager / Senior Associate, Landside Concessions



We are looking for motivated individuals who will help to enhance the competitiveness of Changi Airport retail, F&B and service businesses. You will play an important role in supporting retail/F&B planning, management of lease spaces, tenant relationship management, service performance analysis, operations policy formulations as well as execution of operational improvement initiatives spanning across the public areas of our terminals to make Changi Airport a leading shopping destination known for its excellence in operations and service.



Requirements:


Good Degree in Accountancy/Business/Finance/Tourism Studies/Retail Management/Estate Management/Facility Management or related disciplines
Candidates with at least 2 years of experience in related industries such as retail leasing, mall management
Good sales analysis skills or numerical competency will be an added advantage
A good team player, results oriented, creative and resourceful with a strong eye for details and able to work independently and multi-task in a challenging environment
Good negotiation skills with excellent written and verbal communications skills.
