Description

In order to meet the local market and airlines’ requirement to accelerate the frequency of settlement and reduce the agent’s default risk, the BOP daily settlement project and BSP CN daily risk management project were implemented in BSP CN.

According to the BOP daily settlement project requirements, the BOP remittance / settlement frequency changed from twice a week to daily. The new risk management requires IATA to monitor the agent sales at real time bases and take actions immediately. These process should be taken constantly at all weekend and public holidays. All the above will generate quite a lot of workload, but that are not covered in the current ISS SOPs.

To further implement of these projects successfully, we request to have new FTE in Remittance and Settlement, GDCBJS

Responsibilities

Handling all R&S activities on daily basis at zero tolerance level;
Improve BOP SOP continuously according to the actual situation;
Raise Change Request for all relevant systems according to the needs of the project development.
Track the progress of the development, to ensure the timely implementation.
Follow up with GDS, DPC and ITS for system incidents
Review the BOP sales report and analyze it.
Follow up the SIDRA case related
Handing query cases, process cases and complaint cases
Actively cooperate with Assistant Director BOP and other departments to deal with unexpected problems.
Actively participate in BCP training and ensure BCP testing completed successfully.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting, Air and travel industrial or other related fields;
Above two years’ working experience on air industrial and be familiar with industrial knowledge and other specific relevant areas;
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills;
Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills, highly responsible for given tasks;
Actively train and support team members to achieve team shared objectives and deliver targets;
Willing to undertake the team’s responsibilities, result oriented;
Good leadership and good at team working and interpersonal communications;
Good command of English, fluency both in written and spoken is a must
