Description

Reporting to Head of Cargo Transformation, the incumbent is supporting the PMO and communication activities related to Transformation, Innovation and Industry Engagement.

Responsibilities

Transformation - StB Cargo

* Lead the branding, communication and marketing activities needed for the program and the projects (StB Cargo brochure, presentations, social media presence, fact sheets, logos, press book, etc.), in collaboration with Corporate Communications and Marketing departments.
* Coordinate communication & outreach for StB Cargo projects: work with the project teams and Corporate Communications department on the communication plan and actions.
* Coordinate planning and tracking of StB Cargo projects with the project teams, and the regional and local teams (StB Cargo scorecards, intranet community and other internal engagement channels).
* Establish and maintain the StB Cargo stakeholder map.

Innovation

* Support Innovation activities, such as the organization and promotion of Horizon, the IATA Air Cargo Innovation Forum, and the IATA Cargo Innovation Awards.
* Support the delivery of high-quality StB Cargo white papers in collaboration with the IATA Designers.

Industry Engagement

* Monitor other industry international organizations and associations (such as TIACA, ASA, ICAO, WCO, UPU, etc.) and maintain executive documentation on their respective agendas, priorities and interactions with IATA.
* Support industry engagement activities, including but not limited to the management of the IATA Global Shipper Survey and IATA Cargo Membership survey.
* Coordinate communication & outreach for CSC matters: work with CSC Secretary and Corporate Communications department on the communication plan and actions.
* Manage cargo@iata.org inbox and responding timely and effectively to queries

Coordinate various ad-hoc project activities as required by the business.

Qualifications and Skills

University degree in Project Management, Economics or related discipline;

At least 3 years of working experience, with exposure to program/project management;

Good familiarity with MS Office suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher);

Fluent with social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook);

Experience with SharePoint, website editing, video editing, graphic design (Adobe Illustrator) an advantage;

Tech savvy (e.g. learn quickly how to use new software tools if not had previous experience);

Excellent communication skills: interpersonal, written and verbal;

Excellent organizational skills, with a strong focus on quality and an eye for detail;

Dynamic personality, flexible, team-oriented, and able to show initiative and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously;

Ability to think out of the box and challenge the current way of working in order to drive for continuous process improvement;

Fluent English is mandatory, another language is an asset.
