Role Purpose
To support the Head of IT PMO in the development, deployment and continuous improvement of the project management methodology, utilization of effective project management techniques
and project governance
Key Accountability
Design, develop and monitor the reports of the Group IT pipeline and existing projects, enforce the standards set in terms of reporting frequency and data quality, and identify areas of improvement in reporting and dashboard development for top management
Assist the Head of IT PMO in ensuring effective governance over the PM methodology & PM processes
Provide project progress and status to the appropriate stakeholders on a timely basis, including PMO role in identification and escalation of key risks and issues
Be the main contact at the PMO for all project managers to provide progress update on schedule, budget, scope and benefit using the established project methodologies & tool
Develops and maintains effective working relationships with project / program stakeholders, proactively answering queries and following up actions with stakeholders
Qualifiaction
Degree
Field of Study
Management, IT/Computing, Business or related fields of study
Working Expierance
6-7 yrs related working experience
3-4 yrs Experience in PMO, program management,
and/or project management
Skills & Knowledge
Hands on project methodologies, project management tools and methodologies Expert in MS Excel, Visio and other MS office applications
Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office productivity suite especially Microsoft Project
Good command of english and competent in preparing reports / updates and project documentation that are concise and accurateRelevant professional certification (CAPM®, PMP®, PRINCE2® etc) will be an advantage
