Reports to: Learning Manager – Customer Experience, Inflight (Premium Services & Leadership)

Purpose

This person is responsible for managing the Senior Purser and Flight Purser Cabin Crew courses including the course content development, updates and evaluations. They will also play a role in the design of the courses to ensure that they are fit for purpose and meet the set learning outcomes. They will manage a delivery team and be responsible for the performance and development of the course trainers. They will oversee the daily operations of the courses including ensuring compliance to policies, procedures and processes. This role has a training delivery responsibility of approximately 10-20%.

Key responsibilities and tasks

* Manage the Senior Purser and Flight Purser courses training delivery team including performance reviews and development of trainers

* Be responsible for course content development, updates and evaluations

* Manage the daily operations of the courses including ensuring compliance to policies, procedures and processes

* Manage the Programme Support Executive to handle all course related administration and daily operations

* Be a part of the training delivery team to deliver training (10-20%)

Qualifications / Experience

* Tertiary education or possession of a training qualification, e.g. Certificate in Training and Development, Diploma of Training Management with minimum 3 years of experience in training

* Course design/project management/web communication experience will be an advantage

* Cabin Crew experience preferred

* Strong leadership abilities, coaching and feedback skills

* Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation and organization skills with the ability to work across functions at all levels

* Good self motivation for continuous learning and improvement

* Excellent command of English (both spoken and written)
