WE ARE LOOKING FOR A
Assistant and Analyst to SAS Maintenance Production – Part 145
SAS Technical Operations is composed of Maintenance Production (Part 145), providing line maintenance services in Scandinavia to SAS and other airlines and Continued Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO) accountable for the continuing airworthiness of the SAS fleet.
Technical Operations employs approximately 1150 persons spread over the three Scandinavian countries.
As a personal Assistant & Analyst you will work towards the Line & Base Manager in Maintenance Production – Part 145 and support him when needed in meetings, projects, presentations etc.
You will also support the leadership team on all three bases.
Furthermore, you are expected to use and develop analytic tools within Maintenance Production.
Main Tasks:
Assist Head of Maintenance Production and leadership team on all three bases:
* Assist in production Meetings
* Scheduling and coordination of project meetings across the three bases in Denmark, Norway and Sweden
* Documentation of project status on i.e. in-shape programs
* Responsible for calendar and meeting coordination
* Responsible for MOM and presentation preparations
* Drive projects on all three main bases
* Assist in collecting, consolidating and analysis of data and information
Develop and use analytical tools;
* AOG statistics
* Planning criteria/efficiency
* Use of Overtime
* Absenteeism Statistics
Skills and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
* Preferable 2-3 years of experience in similar or related job
* Super User of Statistical tools
* Experienced user of Office 360 and in designing presentations
* Knowledge in Lean
* Understanding of maintenance, and EASA part-145 regulations.
* Fluent in a Scandinavian language and in English
As a person, you should be proactive and have a result orientated way of working. You have excellent communication skills and a good ability to express yourself clearly and precisely both in orally and in writing. You have good cooperation skills and is flexible in terms of travelling within the Nordic countries.
The position is based in one of the three bases (CPH, STO or OSL). But travels are to be expected as part of the job.
