Working with the Asset Strategy & Performance Manager this role will support the day to day running of London City Airport Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) as well as giving analytical support to the Building Services Team

Responsibilities:

* Provide day to day administration duties to ensure the smooth running of FSI Concept, the CMMS at London City; this will include management of users, functional code and other key system data

* Create system KPIs and queries as well as performing data loads into CMMS

* Support the operational team through day to day discussions and training initiatives to assure all members are familiar with the KPIs of their departments. Provide CMMS training to new users and refresher training to existing users as required

* Assist in the design, development and implementation of processes, data and reporting solutions, identified through the CMMS governance process, as part of the business improvement programme

* Ensure all relevant information (training, manuals, certificates) identified as part of the scope in the handover process are provided on time to assure the business capability to carry out maintenance

* Lead and define the action plan to minimise the overdue task backlog; assist the Contract Management & Property Teams in order to put in place recovery plans to mitigate operational risks. Work with the Engineering And Services Team in carrying out data cleansing

* Support the continuous improvement of processes across asset management activities through the use of specialist knowledge and skills in data analysis. Intelligent reporting and influencing skills

Experience and Personal Attributes:

* High level of IT literacy and competency, with advance knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

* Ability to handle multiple priorities at one time

* Have a professional and flexible approach to responsibilities and be capable of working within a wider team with minimum supervision

* Decision making and problem solving skills are essential as is the ability to effectively present, plan and organise

* Excellent communicator

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, occasional out of office hours required.
