Job Role:

Assets and Facilities Management. The role has two key account-abilities:

1) Primary Contractor Management

2) Assets / Facilities (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil & Airfield Lighting)

Must have AIRPORT INDUSTRY experience.
Leadership, with same personal attributes as senior staff
Service provider / contractor management
Performance monitoring
Safety and work quality checking, including inspections, spot checks, etc.
Fully understands and has worked with permit to work processes, ie hotworks, confined space entry, fire system isolation.
External teams / outsourced (rather than internal teams), complex and fast paced high profile reputation asset/FM environment
Sound problem solving ability / troubleshooting both contractor performance and technical
Take ownership of assets/facilities/systems
Some hands on approach, to go to site when there is a problem.
On call 24/7 if there is an issue, and prepared to go to site out of hours as necessary. Will be primary point of escalation.
