Primary Responsibilities:

* Use of shop and hand tools, welding equipment and other equipment required to complete tasks.
* Ability to set priority of build.
* Maintain attention to quality while meeting production schedules.
* Ability to work effectively within a team.
* Perform welding on difficult production and prototype instrumentation piece parts
* Demonstrate independent judgment on processes. Other assembly work as required.
* Understand welding theory.
* Ability to successfully certify on multiple welding processes, equipment, and materials.
* Establish and maintain documented welding procedures.
* Knowledge of welding specifications.
* Responsibility for maintaining machine tools, welding equipment, and supplies.

Qualification: Preferred Qualifications
* 3 years of related experience or No experience with two year Welding Certificate from Trade School.

Education:
* High School Diploma or equivalent is required
