The Architecture Planning lead/Program Manager is self motivated and assertive in both applying the Program Management Capability to the Connected Enterprise Architecture practice and working with the extended Connected Enterprise PMO, Product Management and Engineering teams. This role requires strong organizational experience, understanding of the Agile framework, as well as the ability to influence those around you.

As the Architecture Program Lead, you will:

• Manage the Sentience Demand Management / Intake process and modelling

• Manage and continuously improve the Connected Enterprise Thin Core scoping process

• Align architecture and Technical Product Owner teams via established processes

• Align roadmap to delivery for all PIs

• Interface with the larger Connected Enterprise Program Management function

• Manage Architecture Issues to closure

• Govern the Architecture Steering Committee

• Manage the Architecture Wiki and information

• Manage Architecture approvals, meetings, and priorities

• Perform process leadership and task management for team of 5-10 Digital Architects

• Provide executive briefings, communications, and statuses

• Seek ways to improve Architecture processes and practices

YOU MUST HAVE

* 5+ years of experience in Program Management
* Bachelor’s degree

WE VALUE

* Experience applying Agile methodologies and techniques
* Understanding of Enterprise Architecture programs, practices and governance
* Understanding of IOT and supporting technology and architecture
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple work stream, multi-task, and work well under pressure
* Excellent critical analysis competency with the ability to breakdown abstract objectives into actionable insights or initiatives

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with Agile project delivery frameworks and participating in Scrum ceremonies across a multi-disciplinary, matrixed environment
* Self-starter with the ability to perform, manage, and lead work independently
