Reporting to the
Engineers Development and Training Manager, the
Engineering Apprenticeship Trainer is responsible for the training and scheduling aspects of the
Jet2.com Engineering Apprenticeship Scheme. Supporting the
Engineering Apprenticeship Supervisor, the
Engineering Apprenticeship Trainer will coach, instruct and carry out the assessment of the City & Guilds qualification.
Responding to a wide variety of different learning styles, you will produce and manage course, instruction and assessment material, maintaining quality and consistency in the delivery of learning activities over the 4 year program. You will control the course administration and schedule, including the instruction and assessment documentation of the Apprentice scheme along with the individual learner records.
The successful candidate be a qualified trainer with experience in the delivery of an
approved Apprenticeship qualification program, and hold relevant qualifications (
D32, A1 or
TAQA as a minimum). You will possess knowledge of supporting software applications necessary to administer the Apprenticeship program, including Walled Garden, BKSB, For Skills applications. You will be able to work effectively to tight timescales whilst possessing strong presentation, interpersonal and supervisory skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
