Description
L3 Advanced Programs – Chantilly is looking for a highly motivated, innovative Software Engineer 1 to join our dynamic development team supporting advanced Mobile research and development. The team is involved in next-generation mobile device application invention using iOS and Android platforms for three dimensional modeling, Augmented Reality and Biomedical investigation. The successful candidate will have the ability to solve problems independently as well as in a team environment. Priority will be given to candidates with experience developing and using iOS mobile devices.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
* Education – B.S. Degree in computer science, engineering or other technical degree or equivalent experience
* Android Development experience
* Experience - 1 year of mobile software development including internships/other projects
* Proficient in at least one programming language
* Eagerness to learn new technologies
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain a security clearance
Desired Skills
* Agile development team member
* Familiarity with Atlassian Tool suite (JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket)
* Mobile Certification
* Configuration Management awareness, such as Git or Subversion
