In your role, you will:

- Ensure strong governance of the transformation plan of Bombardier Aerostructures and Engineering Services (BAES) business segment;
- Manage the financial planning process of the business unit (Forecast, Strategic plan and Budget);
- Prepare presentations for operational management purposes;
- Participate in the financial governance meetings;
- Lead the coordination of the Profit Assurance Plan, including the follow-ups of Risks and Opportunities by driving the business to achieve on financial commitments;
- Lead various financial analysis, projections and scenarios and present the results and recommendations to Senior Management;
- Actively participate in the conception and implementation of financial planning IT tools;
- Contribute to initiatives related to continuous improvement;
- Act as financial advisor and support to the business stakeholders.

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

- You hold a bachelor degree in accounting or finance. A Master degree would be an advantage;
- You have a professional accounting designation (CPA) or other relevant title;
- You have 3-5 years’ experience in financial planning and analysis or other relevant experience;
- You have a good sense for planning and organization which are necessary for the coordination of the workload while dealing with multiple priorities;
- You have a sound judgment and the analytical skills required to evaluate several possibilities and provide recommendations to help the management team make decisions;
- You have the skills required to establish and maintain efficient working relationship with your colleagues, other sectors and members of higher management;
- You have excellent abilities in communication, oral and written, in French and English;
- You master and you understand Financial IT tools (MS Office suite, SAP BPC, consolidation and profit management tools, etc.).
