About The Job

This job is a member of the Hubs & Gateways Team within the Customer Experience Division. This position will be responsible for working with station management to analyze data, look for trends, report on the trends, and provide recommendations.

Specifically, you’ll do the following:

* ​Runs and distributes the daily hub outlook report

* Analyzes baggage performance, generates performance reports

* Coordinate and assist with the administration of company and departmental policies and procedures relating to Occupational Injuries (OI), leaves of absence (LOA) under Family and Medical Leave (FML) and Medical Leave of Absence (MLOA).

* Provide support to the department Manager and Administrators.

* Monitor daily work queues and manage daily department checklists.

* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and dispatch sensitive questions to Manager or Administrators as needed.

* Provides detailed feedback to airport management to take action on

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s Degree in technical field or equivalent experience/training

* ​Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills including data mining and reporting

* Excellent organization abilities

* Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize responsibilities

* In-depth knowledge of airline customer service functions

* Ability to effectively handle multiple, concurrent duties with minimal supervision

* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office only to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

* 3 years of airline experience with hub experience

* Hyperion experience

* Knowledge of Airportal, Staff Plan/Manager, OPA
