Cello currently has an opportunity for an Airworthiness Records & Planning Controller to work alongside the Continuing Airworthiness Manager in order to provide Part M Airworthiness support function within the Continuing Airworthiness Management Department.
Your duties and responsibilities will be to:
Process and update Technical Log and maintenance compliance information in the computer maintenance tracking system.
Audit technical documentation received from maintenance organisations for completeness and identify errors and omissions for immediate correction.
Archive aircraft records.
Maintain the currency of all required technical publications.
Produce and review maintenance forecast/duelists for the managed fleet.
Prepare work scope for maintenance inputs for review by the Continuing Airworthiness Manager.
Prepare and order pre-load requirements for maintenance inputs (parts and special tooling)
Assist with the review of all forms of technical information from Regulatory Authorities and OEMs’ in a timely manner.
Implement and monitor applicable actions arising from the review of incoming airworthiness data.
Implement and validate changes arising from revisions to the Aircraft Maintenance Programme and updating the computer maintenance tracking system.
Knowledge and role requirements
Minimum of 2 years technical records, maintenance planning or airworthiness experience in an aviation environment.
The use of technical records, planning and maintenance related software applications.
Comprehensive use of Microsoft Office applications and good IT skills.
Understanding of Part M and Part 145 regulations.
Extremely motivated and an effective communicator.
Able to follow instructions and work independently.
