Airworthiness Engineer opportunity within an exciting Aerospace company based in Singapore. The role would suit either a graduate, looking to start their career or a qualified Airworthiness Engineer with in depth knowledge of EASA regulations.
Responsibilities
Monitoring defects and co-ordinate their restructuring by a Part 145 maintenance organisation.
Prepare Baseline Maintenance Programs, Aircraft Maintenance Programs and produce work for base maintenance, engine or component shop visits.
Deliver unique continuous improvements to ensure customer satisfaction, quality of service and competitiveness is maintained and ensure all projects are managed in a consistent, efficient and professional manner to customer satisfaction.
Develop outstanding, positive working relationships with partners, customers and internal and external stakeholders to ensure targets are met.
Travel for in-person meetings with partners, customers and authorities and interact effectively on a technical level whilst continuing to build and develop key relationships.
Attain and maintain required approvals and participate in required training and compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements for CAMO team members.
Ensure adherence and compliance with all policies, processes and regulatory requirements.
The right person will have:
In depth knowledge on EASA Part M/145 regulations
Strong relational skills and experience of dealing with and internal stakeholders, customers and project leaders.
Proven problem solving ability, with the capability to prioritise effectively under pressure, whilst managing complex projects simultaneously and to be successful in a fast-paced, results driven, changing environment.
Demonstrate a high level of personal integrity, and maintain the highest standards of safety and quality under commercial pressure and be confident in own ability to achieve targets.
Aeronautical Engineering/Engineering in Aircraft Systems Degree or EASA Part 66 License with 3 years relevant experience in a Technical Records and/or CAMO environment.
Project Management qualification and/or significant experience in delivering projects would be beneficial.
Availability to travel to Customer locations worldwide as required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Project Management packages.
