at the airport for booking, reservations, ticketing, complaint handling and passenger
facilitation.

Educational & Professional Requirements

Graduates

Load and Trim certification preferred.

Required Skills

Excellent Communication skills and pleasing personality.

Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment is essential.

Willingness to work in a 24x 7 environment which requires working in shifts, including
night shift.

Fluency in English and Hindi is an essential criterion.

Experience

1-5 years with any leading domestic/international carrier.
