As Airport Operations Support Coordinator, your new role will see you supporting our Ground Operations team and Head of Department in relation to providing administrative support to assist in the delivery of our team objectives.

Reporting to our Airport Operations Support Coordinator and based primarily at our Collingwood Head Office, your key responsibilities will include:

* Managing venues for training, recruitment and meetings

* Preparing meeting agendas and recording meeting minutes

* Coordinating Jetstar team member uniforms, signage and stationary

* Coordinating all administration tasks associated with day to day Ground operations requirements including arranging travel for the team

* Training administration

* Assisting various port based administration team members

* Ongoing liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

To be successful in this role you will pride yourself in your outstanding administrative skills and natural ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment. Other key criteria includes:

* Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access and Outlook

* The ability to prioritise conflicting tasks in order to meet strict deadlines

* Inherent ability to liaise and maintain relationships at all levels

* Proven problem solving skills

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on attention to detail

* Experience within the aviation industry will be highly regarded.
