SUPERVISOR AIRCRAFT WINDOW REPAIR PROGRAM MANAGER
JOBSUMMARY
This hourly,non-exempt position is a specialized aircraft service involving good dualaction sanding skills and great patience. Tech will work on repairing andreplacing aircraft windows only in this position. Tech will train and workdirectly with Aircraft Window Repair Program Manager to complete as much windowrepair as possible per day/week. May requiretravel up to one week at a time nationally and internationally. Must completeinternal company work orders in accordance with company guidelines. Job dutieswill vary each day and will encompass projects as designated by the AircraftWindow Repair Program Manager.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Trainand study aircraft window repair.

Completequality window repairs on aircraft at West Star Aviation and other facilities.

Tapeand prepare aircraft for window repair.
*
Anyother job-related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

Attend work every day asscheduled to include overtime and weekend assignments.

Dual action sanders provided by West Star.
Hand sandingtools provided by West Star.
Any otherspecialized equipment required to perform job will be provided by West Star.
