Support Textron Aviation customers
by applying knowledge in the Customer Service Maintenance Engineering
organization. Will utilize technical principles, theories, and concepts
to develop, update, and/or improve inspection-related maintenance plans for all
Textron Aviation product lines.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Research, develop and provide solutions to complex
inspection-related maintenance issues.

2. Follow established procedures for collecting,
organizing and analyzing product data

3. Research, update, and/or improve inspection programs,
component reliability, product enhancements, service documents, etc.

4. Frequent interaction with internal and external
customers.

5. Represent Product Support on specific internal and
cross-functional projects.

6. Analyze special product support problem areas and
evaluate various alternatives of meeting these needs

7. Find the best possible solution for product changes,
maintenance program modifications or procedural changes using strategic
agility.

8. Coordinate with other departments to assist with
efficient handling of all customer and service facility technical inquiries.

9. Provide troubleshooting, servicing, technical, and
operational assistance for inspection and maintenance related issues.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Aircraft Management, Engineering Discipline or related fields
* Pilot license preferred
* A&P license preferred
* Relative customer support experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Action oriented and seizes opportunities
* Professional and diplomatic demeanor
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Quickly grasps new concepts when faced with unfamiliar tasks
