1 x Supply Chain / Programme Manager
Immediate start, approximately 3 months (salary negotiable)
Educational Qualifications: Graduation/Engineer, MBA- Supply Chain/
Certified Supply Chain/ Program Management professional are preferred.
Language: Professional in English & French (Must)
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Supply chain/Program Management, Experience in managing French supply chain will be an added advantage.
Industry of Experience: Defence & Aerospace (preferred), Manufacturing Industry with overseas sourcing
Joining Required: Immediate
Managerial:
Proficiency in using Advanced Excel and MS-Power point & ERP-SAP knowledge
Act as a MASPL extended arm to monitor and manage manufacturing progress at supplier against plan.
Escalate the delays and ensure required actions took place to recover the delays.
Coordinate and communicate with MASPL & Supplier stake holders like programs/Quality/Supply chain for timely delivery to customer.
Reporting the status to ensure live information shared to MASPL
Preparing and Managing the Supply chain KPI/Dash boards.(Weekly/Monthly)
Responsible for all interactions with Supplier team.
Functional/Operational:
Expertise on project management and supply chain tools
Full knowledge on Aerospace Manufacturing to Airbus requirements.
Experience in deploying the best manufacturing practices at suppliers.
Technical Knowledge on hard metal manufacturing
Maintenance of all updated trackers between MASPL and Supplier.
Co-ordinate with Supplier and MASPL for goods movement and documentation
Operational Issues- Resolution skills
Verifying Supplier documentation like DN/Invoice etc., wrt. MASPL documentation against actual physical shipment of materials.
Consolidate the data and help MASPL finance to file VAT returns in France.
Knowledge on Third Party RBI regulations
