Job Role:
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Provide technical assistance or guidance to the crew.
* Communicate when tasks are complete so next trade can move onto the job.
* Ensure work environment is safe and clean.
* Promote company values, vision and mission. Demonstrated capability and competency in field of expertise.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work well with other individuals throughout the organization.
* Possesses strong fundamental aircraft knowledge. Builds quality capability and responsiveness.
* Carry out maintenance repairs on customer aircraft.
* Sign work sheets and work cards for work accomplished – completely and accurately.
Qualifications:
* 2+ years’ aircraft structures maintenance experience as a structures technician required.
* Possess excellent oral and written communication skills required.
* Demonstrated ability to work well with other individuals throughout the organization.
* A&P License preferred.
* CRJ structures experience preferred.
* The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
* The employee will be required to occasionally lift 50 pounds
* Bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, and climb ladders.
* Stand for extended periods of time
* Work at heights of greater than 10 feet utilizing fall restraint equipment as necessary.
