Job Role:
Yoh Solutions are currently recruiting for multiple Aircraft Maintenance Fitters/ Technicians to undertake initial 6 Month contracts for its largest Aviation client.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a brand new state of the art facility that provides Line & Base Maintenance services on large fleets of aircraft. You may also be required to support customers with scheduled and unscheduled maintenance if required. You will report the Line or Base Maintenance Manager.
The job responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following.
• Perform line & base maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with all procedures associated with the line maintenance is done correctly.
• Report any technical issues, aircraft delays, or other issues to the lead engineer on shift.
• Ensure all planned aircraft work is carried out in a timely fashion.
• Ensure all aircraft paperwork, technical logs, and work packs are completed accurately and within prescribed time-scales.
• Carry out Ad Hoc tasks as requested by the lead engineer.
Requirements:
• Be able to demonstrate recent experience on multiple aircraft types.
• Be able to work unsupervised but also be a team player who will grasp opportunities to exceed the expectations of internal and external customers.
• Proven knowledge and proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint and the ability to learn in house systems.
• Previous experience of using the AMOS system is an advantage.
Rate of pay: £25.00 per hour
Candidates must be prepared to work on a shift pattern basis. Shifts are typically 12 hours 4 on 4 off.
