Aircraft FuellerHandler

FPS Aviation are presently seeking 2 x Aircraft Fueller/Handlers for a role with a prestigious rotary client in the West Midlands. 

The Aircraft Fueller/Handler is responsible for ensuring that the aircraft fleet are positioned and appropriately fuelled to schedule in support of Flight Operations and Base Maintenance activities.
EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL

•Aircraft re-fuelling experience. •Aircraft handling experience •Health and safety awareness and respect is essential. Experience of supporting busy Flight Operations

DESIRABLE

•Helicopter re-fuelling experience, including rotors running.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

ESSENTIAL

• Up to date knowledge of  H&S appropriate to HAZMAT, Helicopter Operations and  active airfields.
• High level of numeracy and literacy skills required.
• Strong work ethic and team working skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

DESIRABLE

• Knowledge of UK Military Aviation 

 

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, SPECIAL TRAINING

•Valid driving licence with LGV C+E and ADR.
