Aftermarket Operations Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY:

Coordinate a variety of complex
functions and/or requirements related to the aftermarket supply chain. Utilizes skills as a subject matter expert
(SME) to assist area leadership with training, special projects, and change
management opportunities with team members.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

I. Identify acute and chronic process
opportunities within the parts distribution network. Provide timely solutions to these issues, while
giving consideration to the effect on the process value-stream.

II. Coordinate regularly with the
organization’s stakeholders, including but not limited to:

a. Information Technology (infrastructure
and programming)

b. Corporate Global Logistics Team

c. Facility Maintenance

d. Internal Customers

e. External Customers

f. Regulatory Compliance Team

g. Service Providers

III. Guide and train Aftermarket Operations
employees, as required, to assist them in meeting or exceeding internal and
external customer expectations.

IV. Performs other related duties as
required.
