Administrator 3 week contract

Zenon Recruitment is currently searching for a temporary Administrator on a contract basis located in Farnborough, Hampshire to start immediately. 

Working with a corporate and privately owned aircraft management company, this company is fast growing and expanding business providing services to corporate and private jet owners globally.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:- 

•    Formulating and initiating administration processes within the working environment. 
•    Completion of company administration, spreadsheets and some accounting responsibilities 
•    Responsible for the logistics of all company personnel and Managing Directors travel arrangements worldwide.
•    Offer a friendly, helpful, polite, professional and clear approach to internal and external communications. 

Minimum Requirements:-

•    Immediate availability
•    Good communication skills
•    Previous experience in Administration 
•    Proven IT Skills with experience in Excel
•    Highly self-motivated and organised individual, able to prioritise a busy and dynamic workload 
•    Previous Aviation experience would be advantageous but not essential
