Zenon are currently searching for a Accounts Administrative Assistant on behalf of a successful aviation maintenance repair organization based in Hampshire.
Location: Farnborough
Benefits: Pension, Private Healthcare, Life Assurance, Travel Insurance, Group Health Scheme.
The Accounts Administration Assistant should carry out at least the following functions:
- Support the accounts assistants with any work overflow
- Filing.
- Reconciliations
- Scanning.
- PL invoice query resolution.
- Petty Cash administration
- Support the Management Accountants with accounting tasks
The Accounts Administration Assistant should possess:
- A basic knowledge of purchase ledger processes and accounts.
- A good standard of IT skills being proficient in Excel and Word.
- The ability to plan their workload and to work with minimal supervision.
- Good organisational, communication and IT skills.
- An outgoing friendly personality with the ability to work within a small team and be an active team member.
- Experience in an office environment.
