Eight rostering options with Guangxi Beibu Gulf Airlines:
Requirements:
- A320 rating
- minimum 1000 hours PIC on A320
- minimum 3000 TT
- age between 30 and 50
- valid ICAO ATPL License
- valid medical Class One certificate
- A320 flight within 12 months
- valid passport
- ICAO English Level 4+
- no criminal record/accidents/incidents

Monthly salary: USD 23,417
Hours per month: 80
Monthly block hours: max 14 days off per month during low season, 11 days off during high season, no more than 5 days off in sim month. Each leave interval at least 7 days.
Travel Allowance: USD 12,000 per year
Monthly Allowance: USD 1,000 for based pilots and USD 2,000 for commuting pilots
Annual Bonus: USD 12,000 (after 1st year), USD 18,000 (after 2nd year), followed by USD 23,000 for subsequent years
Overtime Pay: USD 240 per hour
SL days: 5
Travel: 30 ID75 tickets on GXA/HNA flights + unlimited deadhead domestic flights
