This recruitment is for an Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic with Ravn Air Group. This position
reports to the Ravn Connect Maintenance Lead and is responsible for performing repairs and
maintenance on assigned aircraft. The successful candidate will have a valid A&P Certification, strong
communication skills, and an excellent attendance record. This is a non-exempt, full time, benefits-eligible position. Position typically works a 4/10 schedule in
Palmer.

Minimum Qualifications
 High School Diploma or GED is required;  Valid A&P Certification;  Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings to perform required maintenance tasks;  Works well in a team setting, in addition to being able to work autonomously;  Requires a strong focus on safety;  Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks;  Able to pass a background screening;  Comfortable working in an airport environment around odors and sounds typically associated with

operating aircraft. Duties & Responsibilities  Performs repairs and maintenance, as qualified to perform, on assigned aircraft, occasionally under the

supervision of a qualified mechanic;  Removes/disassembles parts as required; assembles and installs replacement parts and components

as needed;  Assists in troubleshooting of maintenance issues involving aircraft structures, systems and engines;  Performs modifications per FAA requirements and organizational standards;
