The following benefits are paid in local currency (JPY) but are estimated here in USD  so, figures may be subject to change as per currency fluctuations.

• Annual Base Salary: 8,520.000 JPY USD 76,328.68 or USD 6,360.72 per month
• Productivity Pay: 10,000/hr USD 90/h over 60hrs/month
• Annual Bonus: Target at 10% of Annual Salary (Subject to Jetstar Japan Incentive Plan)
• Sign in bonus:1,000.000 JPY around to  USD 8,960 (Payable in 3 instalments),TR pilots only
• Housing allowance: 155,000 JPY around to USD 1,400 per month
• Commuting Roster available: (10 days OFF per month)
• Commuting / ground transport allowance 
• Staff Travel: Provided through the airline network after 6 months of service
• Layover allowance: 5,000 in Japan / 4,000 outside Japan around to USD 45 in Japan / USD 35 outside Japan
• Traning Period: 100% of Base Salary

Requirements

• Valid ATPL licence with A320 Rating
• Type Rated Pilots: 2,000 hrs TT with 1,000 hrs on A320 family
• Currency and last flight on A320 WITHIN 6 months
• Min. 250 hrs PIC (or 180 hrs PIC under supervision and at least 70 hrs PIC) (Flexible requirement depending on general experience on A-320)
• Valid Medical Class 1
• ICAO English Level 4 or above
