The position involves a weekly working time of 30 to 32 hours.

Task Description

• Supporting the project teams in project-related day-to-day business

• Coordination activities, distribution list maintenance and correspondence

• First point of contact for all colleagues

• General office organization

• Optimization and further development of processes
