Task Description

• Preparation of customer arrival and stay in cooperation with worldwide Airbus departments, customers, headquarters and authorities

• Ensuring availability and processing of required documents

• Ensuring the flow of information with both internal and external interfaces

• Full support of the customer including support in communication with German authorities

• Management and control of the budget used for the assigned tasks
