CAE Parc Aviation is the global leader in the provision of resourcing and technical services to the aviation industry.
We are currently seeking for a Customer Interface Manager on behalf of a leading airline in Ireland.
The purpose of the role is to provide interface communications with customer from a technical and financial standpoint.
Job title: Customer Interface Manager
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Reports to: Director Technical Engineering
Contract: Permanent
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure consistent standards with customer fleet
Monitor implementation of the customer contract
Manage interface between Base Maintenance (Customer Account) and Line Maintenance
Maintain competence on the basis of continued education and training in their area of responsibility. The Company will facilitate this process.
Qualifications:
- Ideally Part 66 licence holder or Form 4 Postholder
Knowledge of Base and Line Maintenance
Knowledge of Commercial interface between operator and customer.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years' experience in an aviation environment
Fluent English
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the EU.
