Task Description

• Support of the employer evaluation portals

• Establishment and development of the company's own career site

• Continuous expansion of the contact network, e.g. university marketing, training centers, etc.

• Design of recruitment campaigns

• Exchange with recruitment and personnel development

• Development of sourcing strategies for relevant target groups

• Participation in as well as organization and implementation of trade fairs and events
