Task Description

• Monitoring of costs and revenues on the relevant sales documents on your own responsibility as well as analyzing and ensuring the invoicing process

• Process customer complaints

• Preparation of the performance dialog and management of the report

• Performing key user functions for projects, processes and interfaces

• Carrying out contract reviews and coordination with customers

• Internal coordination of equipment modification with the customer and ensuring return shipment

• Elaboration and implementation of customer specific special processes

• Processing of projects
