Task Description

• Planning, procurement and support of test benches, operating resources and machinery for the maintenance of flight equipment

• Development and implementation of concepts for manufacturing automation

• Designing and commissioning of modernizations of existing test benches, operating resources and machinery

• Ensure capability build and sustainment for area of responsibility

• Analysis of manufacturing methods and creation of concepts for the improvement of product and process quality

• Design of approval templates for management incl. merging and preparation of key production figures for economic efficiency calculation

• Elaboration of maintenance, servicing and training concepts to ensure the availability of the test benches, operating resources and machinery and to prevent malfunction/-operation
