Task Description

• Administrative processing of the delegation of duties to managers in relation to the new Airbus guidelines

• Administrative organization of the Proximity Coordinator process

• Regular drawing and checking of lists as well as contacting departments

• Integration and analysis of time, cost, resource and quality data

• Initiation of process optimization measures

• Project management including structure plan development, performance monitoring, scheduling, phase reviews, control, reporting and risk and opportunities management

• Configuration control and change management with regard to contract data
