Job Title:Aircraft Material Coordinator ( Monday- Friday)

CAE Parc Aviation are presently accepting applications for an Material Co-ordinator for our client. The successful candidate can be based in Dublin.

The Pupose to organize all materials pertaining to operational effectiveness of Airlines by both system and relationship management.

Responsibilites

  • Purchase aircraft parts to meet Routine, Critical and AOG requirements to support the Airlines Operations
  • Chase outstanding orders with suppliers to meet required deadlines
  • Build working relationships with existing and new suppliers
  • Ensure cost effectiveness in all areas of the logistics support functions
  • Keep data up to date within the stock control system
  • Comply with the requirements of the client's MMOE and relevant Engineering procedures
  • Conduct periodic stock checking for accuracy and financial reporting; check and validate invoices relating to good and services purchased
  • Maintain competence on the basis of continued education and training in their area of responsibility. The company will facilitate this process.

Requirements

  • MS Office proficient
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written
  • Must be eligible to live and work in the EU
  • Experience of materials management in a related setting is an advantage

  • Reports to: Logistics Manager
  • Department: Swords, Co. Dublin.
  • Work Hours: 09.00-17.30, Monday - Friday
