Task Description
Verification of compliance of construction units with the design data approved at the time of manufacture.
Control of the manufacturing approval scope (capability list)
Monitoring the completeness of test records created during manufacturing (modification status/marking)
Ensuring the integrity of the components
Examination of completeness of delivery documentation as well as all specified and executed manufacturing steps
Assessment of component condition taking into account construction deviations (Concession/Design Query Note (DQN)/Request for Design rework (RDR))
Preparation of airworthiness certificates (EASA Form One - Part 21G and CoC according to DIN EN10204)
Inspection of the reason for removal from storage for plausibility with regard to goods conditions
