Zenon are pleased to be supporting a cargo operation to source a Flight Dispatch Officer, to join their Operation Control Centre. This position will be permanent, full time, and based in Bahrain.

The successful candidate will possess excellent knowledge of all regulations, and those of flight/duty time limitations, in addition to the responsibility of flight planning.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Remain current, and up to date with all NOTAMs, AIP’s, ICAO practices &regulations of each state of operations
• Build & maintain strong relationships with crew members
• Maintain knowledge of navigation systems, charts, ATC, aircraft performance, OM’s, MEL etc
• Ensure safe & on time operations
• Pre-flight management
• Route planning
• Flight following
• Crew rostering
• Arranging services in correlation to flights

Qualifications and experience:

• Hold an EASA or FAA Flight Dispatch License
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a dispatcher – (small operations/ACMI/on demand advantageous)
• Possess a strong knowledge of ANTR Ops 1 Subpart D – in relation to dispatch requirements
• Experience with electronic crew rostering & flight planning systems (Cyberjet & PPS Flight Planning would be advantageous)
