Task Description

• Measure the performance of the A320 Out of Sequence Work Fuselage Team by collecting, consolidating and synthesising performance indicators.

• Interface between departments and stakeholders to share performance data, root cause analysis and recommendations as part of the performance optimisation process

• Identify and define optimisation projects to meet KPIs
