As the VP Sales & Marketing, you will have the opportunity to work closely within the Aircraft Leasing Sector, building and maintaining relationships with some of the most exciting businesses and the most passionate people in the industry!

You will have complete autonomy to approach your business; create sales campaigns, manage accounts and negotiate contracts with high-value clients. You will also work as part of the overall organisation leadership team ensuring the successful management and growth of the organisation.

This role would suit an individual with a consultative approach to sales. You will be selling bespoke services and software to a wide variety of customers.

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in a sales environment working with high net worth accounts. You will have an equal blend of experience winning new business and managing and expanding existing accounts. An awareness of the Aircraft or Aircraft Engine Leasing industry would be an advantage, although not essential.

This role will be based in the office 2-3 days a week, the remainder of the time will be home based or onsite with customers as required.
